CENTURY 21 came to Portage la Prairie back in 1980, just 2 years after the corporation came into Canada.  Back then we were CENTURY 21 Tyler Realty.  There have been a couple of name changes in between but the CENTURY 21 franchise has remained a strong and staple part of the Portage la Prairie community for both real estate and community involvement.

CENTURY 21 Foxx Realty throughout the years has been home to many award winning Realtors.  Currently, our owner is ranked in the top 21 of CENTURY 21 Canada, and we have agents that receive awards every year for outstanding sales.  Our longest standing agent just retired after 47 years in the industry and we still have an Agent/Broker who has been in real estate for 39 years. You can’t top that for an in office mentor!

After many long standing agents retired in the last few years, we currently have 6 agents but would always love to build our team up again. Although in the grand scheme of things we are a small office, we produce big results in our industry and community!  Our agents love to raise funds for local charities and participate in golf tournaments, gala nights, fundraisers etc. We like to hold a charity BBQ and donate the money to 3 of our local charities. We also take part in the school cereal drive every year and have participated in the Parade of Lights every winter with a float or a hot chocolate stand. Our agents love to get out and interact with our community members.

We have 2 full-time staff, our office manager and our administrative assistant. They take on multiple tasks that help our agents to continue on with their daily appointments as well as run the social media and plan the many community events we participate in.

CENTURY 21 Canada has so many tools that they have created to help our agents and we do believe that if you are willing to embrace these tools they can help you gain the traction you need to build and sustain a successful career. As a Manitoba brokerage, we have connections throughout many offices and have a strong referral system with many agents throughout the province.
