At Century 21 Westman Realty we have 48 Sales Associates, 5 full-time Support Staff, a full-time Sales Manager and 4 Brokers.  The areas of Manitoba we service are South to the Border, East to Portage la Prairie, The Parkland Area, West to Shoal Lake and up North to The Pas.  We have an amazing Team and take pride in being associated with Century 21.  As an independent Broker affiliated with Century 21 we have embraced several of the C21 tools that come with being a Century 21 Member.  I can say with confidence that the agents are utilizing their websites, the resource centre, the marketing centre, campus TV, C21 University virtual training and all the tools that come with C21 University to keep agents on task.  We as an office believe in the C21 Brand and are proud to be associated.

The decision to becoming a Realtor should not be taken lightly. At Century 21 Westman Realty we encourage potential candidates to meet with our Sales Manager and Broker prior to registering for the course.  We will explain the process and journey to becoming a licensed Realtor, the cost, how we are regulated in the Province of Manitoba and most importantly the lifestyle of a Realtor and what to expect. We take this interview seriously, as this is a major decision for the individual and us!  We have a positive, inclusive culture and want to make sure that people can feel comfortable in our office and supported by our team. Once a recruit is registered, we have a detailed onboarding program that our Sales Manager and Support Staff complete with our new team members.  We show them how to set up their marketing tools, reach out to their sphere of influence, introduce them to our training programs, the legalities and paperwork. We take pride in being a part of our agent’s success and their growth as professionals.

Century 21 Westman Realty is very community minded.  We have successfully completed our 12th Annual Easter Seals Curling Funspiel and have raised $134,000 over the 12 years of hosting this event.  We are passionate about Easter Seals Send a Kid to Camp.  Our team shows their support by entering a curling team, volunteering at the event or being on the committee.  It is such a good time!  The support we receive from businesses in our community is amazing and greatly appreciated.  We are proud that Century 21 is associated with Easter Seals and all money raised stays in Manitoba.  Our office was recognized by Manitoba Possible at The Government House in Winnipeg this past year and it was truly an honour!  Also, we will be hosting our 37th annual golf tournament this year.  The money raised each year goes to a charity of our choice.  Last year we donated the money in support of Mental Health.  The Manitoba Broker Council was the gold sponsor for the STARS Golf tournament last summer.  Century 21 Brokers/Owners/Realtors are passionate about giving back to their communities and helping others.
